In 2019, Nina and Zack connected on Bumble in their first foray into Covid-era dating. Despite the challenges, they hit it off instantly! Due to the lockdown, they chatted for months before meeting in person, building a solid foundation for the couple. Their first date sparked a whirlwind romance with three more back-to-back dates, and the pair knew they had found something special. After two years of dating, during a Labor Day BBQ, Zack proposed to Nina on their second anniversary, which also happened to be their dating anniversary. He surprised her with a cake that said, “Will you marry me?” and of course, Nina happily accepted the proposal! The rest, as they say, is history.

Nina’s search for her dream dress didn’t take long! She explains that Luna felt perfect the moment she put it on, even before she saw herself in the mirror. Her mom and sister were equally excited when she showed it to them, confirming that it was the one! They kept calling it “the pearl one.” She tried on a couple more dresses, but none felt as perfect as Luna, and she wanted to put it back on immediately! Nina describes how the dress sparkled as the light hit it, the row of buttons down the back, and its pretty off-the-shoulder style, which added something special and made it stand out from the rest. She could already envision herself twirling around the ballroom, feeling like a princess all day. In fact, a student at the school where Nina teaches saw a photo of her in her dress and exclaimed that she looked like Cinderella, confirming that dreams can come true!

Nina looked stunning as she walked down the aisle in our Luna designer wedding dress. The billowing ball gown features a beautifully structured bodice adorned with iridescent pearls and crystal beading, which cascaded gracefully down the A-line tulle skirt. The detachable draped off-the-shoulder sleeves added an extra ethereal element to the overall look. Nina shared with us that she felt like she was in her own fairytale while wearing Luna.

Nina said “I do” at The Park Savoy in Florham Park, New Jersey—a venue that effortlessly combines historic charm with modern sophistication. This stunning 19th-century estate provides a picturesque backdrop with its sweeping garden views and amazing cuisine prepared by master chefs. As guests danced the night away, they were transported to the glamorous 1920s, creating special memories while celebrating Nina and Zack.

Nina and Zack’s wedding day was filled with unforgettable moments. Each memory she shared was so special, from getting ready with her bridesmaids and enjoying a fun party bus ride to the church to holding hands during the beautiful ceremony to calm the couple’s nerves. After the ceremony, they shared a private moment of being together before they greeted their guests. Nina showed Zack her dress, making the day even more memorable. They enjoyed some quiet time in the bridal suite, tasting cocktail hour treats before sharing a private dance outside the reception doors. The intimate moments they shared tied their day together, making it truly memorable.
