Morilee Featured Bride: Devin

All it took was one high school dance for Devin and Andrew to find love! Their proposal was equally as romantic. Beneath a cotton candy-hued sunrise on the beach, Andrew got down on one knee—in what Devin describes as a “pure, raw moment.” After a 3-year engagement, they said “I Do” in an idyllic Wilmington, Delaware wedding that was nothing short of a fairytale!

Devin tried on a handful of dresses, and found a gown she liked but didn’t feel like it was “the one.” She wasn’t sure what her reaction would be when she found her dream dress but was positive she would just know. Once she put on our Karlee gown, Devin knew this it! She felt shivers run down her spine and could picture herself walking down the aisle in the gorgeous gown!

Her bridal visions came to life in our gorgeous fit and flare Karlee, complete with plenty of sparkles to make her shine on her wedding day! The off-the-shoulder neckline, paired with illusion sleeves and crystallized Venice lace appliqués all over made for a timelessly elegant look.

And because one Morilee gown just wasn’t enough, Devin chose an intricately beaded chiffon gown in a creamy latte color for her bridesmaids. The natural tone added an earthy touch to her Spring wedding and the girls looked sophisticated and chic!

The newlyweds had a beautiful ceremony at their venue, the Greenville Country Club, with ivy climbing rustic brick and Devin and Andrew enveloped in gorgeous greenery and flowers. The beauty doesn’t stop there! With twinkling lights strung from the ceiling of their tented reception and candles lit throughout the venue, there was a magical energy. The couple incorporated their color scheme of muted pinks, soft creams, and nature-inspired greens with gold accents to create a warm and romantic feel to the venue.

With so many beautiful moments, Devin couldn’t pick just one favorite. The couple was overwhelmed with all the love that surrounded them, from saying their vows during the picturesque outdoor ceremony, to enjoying a night of dancing with their friends and family. Even the smallest details left the biggest mark for the bride. Birds chirping, the wind rustling through the leaves, blossoms floating through the sky, all as Devin and Andrew saw their very own fairytale come to life!
