Real Bride Stories

It’s hard to believe we’re already approaching 2020, but as you move forward, we want to look back on the top gowns from the past decade! Though styles have changed, your love of our Morilee gowns has been so amazing over the past 10 years. So let’s dive into this throwback Thursday to see the best selling gowns from 2010 to 2019!

2010

This mermaid gown is a sheen dream! Style 2512 was our top seller from the beginning of the decade and it’s not hard to see why. The dutchess satin gown looks both elegant and sultry with its fitted shape and delicate embroidery. Brides started of the 2010s right in this dress!

2011

You embraced the lace in 2011! The romantic ball gown, Style 1612, features embroidered lace on net with a modified sweetheart neckline. The waist sash–with an included floral detail–ties into a beautiful bow in the back for an extra feminine touch.

2012

If you wore Style 1802, then you stunned in satin! This asymmetrically draped gown comes alive with touches of metallic embroidery and crystal beading. The corset back ensured a perfect fit and we know the tiered, pick-up train dazzled down the aisle!

2013

You adored asymmetry in 2013. Style 5108 is a sultry mermaid dress that shows off all your figure has to offer! The intricately draped net creates a unique look and the corset back helps to further accentuate that hourglass shape.

2014

Style 2674 is a regal ballgown perfect for our princess brides! The delicate alençon lace on tulle adds an extra touch of romance to this classic gown and the sweetheart neckline and wide border hemline help to enhance the gown’s exquisite beauty.

2015

It’s no surprise this fabulous fit and flare was our best seller for 2015! The chic 2708 has beautiful alençon lace with sparkling crystal and pearl beading. The gown features a sheer scoop back and delicate buttons for a dainty look.

2016

You dazzled in 2016 in Style 2887! From the glittering beaded bodice to the flounced tulle over a voluminous organza ball gown, it’s not hard to see why you loved this gown. And to top it off a sweet satin sash to help define your waist and strappy back detailing.

2017

It’s difficult to top the glamorous ball gown that is the Milly! This light and airy gown has a plunging v-neckline and flounced organza skirt with wide horsehair edging for a beautifully ruffled look. And to match the plunging neckline this dress features a deep-v back that’s absolutely stunning!

2018

Sheath and stunning the Lizzie was the dress of 2018. The slim-fitting crepe gown features intricate beading, paisley embroidery, and appliqués. But the best part of this gown is the lacey keyhole back and sheer petal train.

2019

You spoke and we heard you! Your favorite gown of 2019 was the floral fantasy, Pierette. Shine bright with the pearlized beading on three-dimensional, embroidered lace appliqués that cascade down a sweetheart bodice. Shimmer down the aisle in this english net ball gown over glitter net.
