Despite growing up in the same neighborhood, Christina and Carter didn't officially meet until she turned 18 and he turned 20. They were introduced by mutual friends and formed a connection that only continued to grow deeper. When it came time to propose, it was nothing short of magical: Carter wrote "Will You Marry Me" inside a large seashell and strategically placed it along the beachside path where the couple lives. Knowing Christina loved seashells, he pointed out the large shell while on a golf cart ride and she jumped out to get it before he even stopped. When Christina picked up the shell, she discovered his heartfelt message and amidst the ocean's waves, she said yes, surrounded by the beauty of the sea and the promise of their forever together!
It was easy for Christina to pick her dream dress. As soon as she tried on our Jamie wedding dress, she knew it was the one! She explained that she felt so beautiful in the gown, loving all the details. Wearing it was like stepping into a fairytale and felt different from all the others she had tried. She loved how it hugged her curves and shimmered in the light making her feel absolutely enchanted. As Christina stepped out of the dressing room, she saw tears forming in the eyes of her friends and family, and their bright smiles confirmed what she already knew deep down—it was the dress of her dreams.
Christina walked down the aisle in our chic Jamie Wedding Dress, which is all about sleek and sexy sophistication. Made from smooth crepe, it hugs curves beautifully and sparkles in the light with crystal beading accents. The couple decided on a magical day at The Historic Jasmine. Nestled within the scenic landscapes of Providence Forge, Virginia, the Historic Jasmine offers a beautiful and unique setting for couples to celebrate their love story. With over 40 acres of wooded and open field landscapes, this venue offers endless charm and timeless beauty. The captivating grounds, featuring chandeliers hung from adjacent trees, create a romantic atmosphere, making it the perfect backdrop for Christina and Carter to begin their life together.
Christina and Carter's wedding day was filled with unforgettable moments, each adding a memorable touch to their day together. One cherished memory was having Christina's grandmother, known as Oma, walk her down the aisle. With her father's passing just a year prior, Oma became her rock and the closest person to her, making the moment even more meaningful. Another highlight was the surprise twist during the reception entrance, as two of their friends, Stan and Kacey, swapped outfits, bringing laughter and happiness to everyone there. And who could forget Christina's sister's hilarious speech, which had everyone laughing, adding so much humor and warmth to their celebration. Christina and Carter's wedding was the perfect day, filled with love and laughter and surrounded by the people they cherish most.
