The quintessential university relationship turned into a romance for the ages! Logan and Kyle were introduced, like many, by mutual friends in college. After dating for 4 years, Kyle went all out with his proposal—planning a scavenger hunt for Logan! The couple had planned to meet for dinner, but when Logan went to meet him at his house he told her that he was stuck at work. Figuring she’d wait for him, she went inside only to find rose petals scattered across the floor leading her to his bedroom. There Logan found an outfit laid out for her to wear, a rose, and a note that started her romantic scavenger hunt!

The first note took her to Kyle’s parent’s house, where she received her second clue and his iPod. On there he created a playlist for her full of their most special and memorable songs to listen to as she drove to her next location. The clue led Logan to her college apartment, which is where Kyle had asked her to be his girlfriend, and lastly to her parent’s house. It was there that she got the final note, leading her to a restaurant where Kyle had reserved the whole upper floor. He was waiting there for her with her “final rose”—a nod to one of Logan’s favorite shows—and got down on one knee to propose! Of course, she said yes! After that, the two were joined by their families for a special engagement dinner and a proposal that would never be forgotten.

When Logan went dress shopping, she was convinced that she wanted a gown with a high neckline. After searching and searching, she still felt like she hadn’t found “the one.” Eventually, her bridal consultant picked our Rosa dress for Logan to try on. She loved it as soon as she had it on! Not ready to commit just yet, she tried on other gowns, but nothing compared. She had fallen for the delicate details and effortless feel—even the plunging neckline. Finally, she put Rosa back on and just knew that this was her dress! 

Logan walked down the aisle in our Rosa gown, a boho beauty with feminine details! The double-banded waist helps to highlight your figure and the lovely scoop back and buttons add a touch of tradition to Rosa’s rustic charm! 

The couple got married at The Renaissance Hotel in Downtown Toledo. This clean and modern hotel created the perfect space for them to have their wedding after postponing for a year due to covid. Waiting that long only made the memories sweeter! Logan tells us she loved every moment, but some of the most special was getting ready with her bridal party and family. They kept her calm and just made the day so fun! Next was seeing her dad cry when they did their father/daughter first look. Logan is the oldest, so seeing his first daughter get married made him quite emotional. Logan also recalls how seeing Kyle’s reaction as she walked down the aisle was priceless! At that moment, she could truly feel how much he loved her, especially when he recited the vows he wrote. 

Overall the two were so thrilled to see their family and friends finally be able to celebrate with them! When you have to postpone your wedding, you can get a little downhearted, but being in a room filled with so much love was incredibly special to Logan and Kyle.
